Visibility settings
Defaults: call-takers see nobody in the call-taker roster (not themselves, not each other); driver managers see only their own assigned drivers, not themselves. Toggle any of that on here.
Managers
Full access to everything — Dashboard, Employees, EOD Reports, Payer Rates, Flagged Issues. This is separate from Admin access (only you get that).
